The desire to be involved with the underprivileged was not just a Government calling being adhered to, but The Well Electrical has a very real passion to help and empower the less fortunate. This resulted in the founding of the skills training program where we take those individuals who has never been in the electrical field, we train them from learning the tools, equipment, safety to the level where they can do the job under supervision until they are qualified electricians. This is a platform where we give back to any community we come in contact with, skills development of Electrical engineering has made an impact and changed people’s lives. We are looking in to getting involved in more community programs amongst them summer and Winter sports days, school uniforms for orphans and houses for elderly caregivers who are themselves destitute yet still looking after children belonging to deceased relatives or neighbors. We are even looking in the child headed homes empowering them to further their studies until they are of age of such responsibility.

Furthermore, students who show potential and an interest in the electrical field are earmarked for assistance in becoming qualified electricians and / or technicians, thus becoming part of The Well Electrical’s transferring of skills program. This is the level where we open opportunities for in service training for individuals who has been in some sort of basic training, giving them the required experience.
